Affordable Housing is needed for our Workforce

The United Way of Steele County conducted a GAP Analysis during the summer of 2022. One of the recommendations that came out of this analysis was the need for Affordable Housing in Steele County, specifically in Owatonna. Below is a copy of the recommendations provided to United Way of Steele County. In the fall of 2022 United Way of Steele County facilitated a Community Summit. At this Summit, Three Action Teams were created. One for each of the Recommendations. This page is being utilized by the Affordable Housing Action Team for the purpose of inviting community members to join in this work and for registration to future sessions.
