United Way of Steele County and Spero are hosting the “What Home Means to Me” Community Summit on July 17, 2025, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna. This free event includes dinner and invites community members to share their experiences with housing challenges and support systems. The goal is to gather input on what home means to individuals and how the community can ensure everyone has a safe place to live. Childcare and transportation are available.

Look for our booth near the dunk tank in Blooming Prairie's Central Park on Friday, July 4 from 10:00AM - 6:00PM during the Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration. This patriotic tradition is one of the local highlights of the summer, and we're proud to be a part of it.
