Youth Support Specialist (Teen Center)

Matt McLaughlin was born on Minnesota's Iron Range and grew up in the small town of Chisholm. He relocated to Owatonna 10 years ago and quickly found the community to be the perfect place to make a home. During the day, Matt, and his wife Robin, work together at Community Pathways where Matt is the Volunteer and Unique Finds Coordinator and Robin is their Community Navigator.

Matt enjoys baseball, board games, trivia, movies, and tabletop RPG's. A fun fact about him is that he won a goldfish at the St. Louis County Fair that lived to be 17 years old! Matt is looking forward to connecting with teens around the community and helping to provide a safe and fun-filled atmosphere where they can feel at home in the Teen Center.
